Overview

C2C Industrial Properties Inc. is a publically traded real estate corporation that has been formed to acquire, own and operate a portfolio of income producing industrial properties located in markets across Canada.  C2C will seek to generate both a stable and increasing free cash flow to distribute to its shareholders through the acquisitions of stablized "income" producing properties.  

C2C will also seek to grow Net Asset Value (NAV) per share by employing a strategy of acquiring assets with a higher "growth" profile.  C2C will add value to these assets through leasing, capital expenditure, rezoning, development and re-development, financing and other value-add related activities.
