Brian Spence

Brian was a founding member and senior corporate executive of several real estate businesses including Scarcliffe Inc., Richard Ellis Canada Inc. and Caber Capital Inc. and is a founding member and director of Strathallen Capital Corp.

As a Director and founder of Strathallen Capital, Brian offers his expertise to institutional and private equity Investors through his role in Strathallen's strategic direction and primary focus on acquisitions and dispositions.

Brian has more than 30 years of experience in the real estate industry including development, syndication, mortgage finance, asset management, acquisitions, dispositions, capital markets and corporate administration.  As an advisor for domestic pension funds and a major private foreign investor, he has participated in more than $1 billion of opportunistic industrial, office and retail real estate transactions.

Brian holds a business degree from Richard Ivey School of Business at the University of Western Ontario.

 

 

David Wright
Director, CEO

David was a founding member and senior corporate executive of several real estate businesses including Coldwell Banker Canada Inc. (the predecessor of CBRE), Scarcliffe Inc. which was acquired by Wood Gundy, Richard Ellis Canada Inc. and Caber Capital Inc. and is a founding member and director of Strathallen Capital Corp.

As a Director and founder of Strathallen Capital, David offers his expertise to institutional and private equity Investors through his role in Strathallen's strategic direction and primary focus on corporate administration, capital raising activities and debt financing.

David has more than 30 years of experience in the real estate industry including development, syndication, mortgage finance, asset management, acquisitions, dispositions, sales management, capital markets and corporate administration.  As an advisor for domestic pension funds and a major private foreign investor, he has participated in more than $1 billion of opportunistic industrial, office and retail real estate transactions.


David holds an MBA from York University.

 

 

Chris Ross
President

Chris has held various positions in the capital markets industry and specifically the real estate industry over the past twelve years, most recently working as a member of the National Investment Team for CB Richard Ellis, and is currently Senior Vice President for Strathallen Capital Corp.  

Chris has a BA in Economics from McGill University, is a CFA charter holder and holds an MBA from the Rotman School of Management, University of Toronto.

 

Laetitia Pacaud
Chief Financial Officer

Laetitia began her career as an Internal Auditor of an Australian public company. She then moved into public accounting gaining extensive experience at international accounting firm, KPMG. Laetitia then joined Caber Capital Inc., a trader of commercial real estate focusing on value-add projects. Upon the dissolution of Caber, she became a founding member of Strathallen Capital Corp. and is their President.  

Laetitia earned a Bachelor of Business degree from Southern Cross University in Australia and holds a Chartered Accountant designation.
