Brian was a founding member and senior corporate executive of several real estate businesses including Scarcliffe Inc., Richard Ellis Canada Inc. and Caber Capital Inc. and is a founding member and director of Strathallen Capital Corp.
As a Director and founder of Strathallen Capital, Brian offers his expertise to institutional and private equity Investors through his role in Strathallen's strategic direction and primary focus on acquisitions and dispositions.
Brian has more than 30 years of experience in the real estate industry including development, syndication, mortgage finance, asset management, acquisitions, dispositions, capital markets and corporate administration. As an advisor for domestic pension funds and a major private foreign investor, he has participated in more than $1 billion of opportunistic industrial, office and retail real estate transactions.
Brian holds a business degree from Richard Ivey School of Business at the University of Western Ontario.

David was a founding member and senior corporate executive of several real estate businesses including Coldwell Banker Canada Inc. (the predecessor of CBRE), Scarcliffe Inc. which was acquired by Wood Gundy, Richard Ellis Canada Inc. and Caber Capital Inc. and is a founding member and director of Strathallen Capital Corp.
As a Director and founder of Strathallen Capital, David offers his expertise to institutional and private equity Investors through his role in Strathallen's strategic direction and primary focus on corporate administration, capital raising activities and debt financing.
David has more than 30 years of experience in the real estate
industry including development, syndication, mortgage finance,

capital markets and corporate administration. As an advisor

has participated in more than $1 billion of opportunistic

David holds an MBA from York University.

Moray Tawse is the Co-Founder of First National Financial, one of Canada's largest residential and commercial mortgage originators with more than 59 billion dollars in mortgages under administration. In his role of Vice President, Mortgage Investments, Moray directs the operations of all commercial mortgage origination activities.
With over 30 years of experience in the real estate finance industry, Moray is one of Canada's leading experts on commercial real estate and is often called upon to deliver keynote addresses at national real estate symposiums.
Moray is also the founder and owner of Tawse Winery, an organic and biodynamic Niagara winery recently voted the 2010 and 2011 Canadian Winery of the Year.

Tony started his career as a lawyer in Toronto and in 1970 entered the real estate investment and development business.
In the late 1970s Tony initiated property investment operations for A E LePage with large pension funds as clients.
This activity led Tony, with a partner, to form their own investment management firm, Greiner Pacaud Management Associates in 1982.
This firm successfully carried out investment and development activities across Canada on behalf of many pension funds through closed end, pooled and segregated funds. Tony retired as the Chairman of GPM in 2007 and maintains his contact and interest in property through operations like Crestpoint.
Tony earned a BSc from Bishop's University and a law degree from Dalhousie.

Rick has been founding, operating and developing businesses both private and public in a variety of industries for more than 40 years.
Rick is currently the President and CEO of Greenrock Capital Partners, a private merchant bank and investment firm.
He is Chairman of Vitran Corporation, a company which he co-founded and operated for over 20 years. Vitran now generates over US$700 million in revenue with facilities across North America. Rick is past Chair of Zenn Motor Company and Catch the Wind, companies he helped develop and take public. Rick is also a past Director and Chairman of Exco Technologies Ltd. Rick is involved with a number of other private and public company boards, including a strong commitment to several non-profit organizations.
He has successfully created 5 CPC's and played an instrumental role in their subsequent qualifying transactions. He has been involved in public market fund raising in excess of $300 million.

Andrew is the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Prism Medical Limited ("Prism"), a Canadian based TSX listed public company that he founded in 1996.
In business over 45 years, his expertise focuses on devising and executing strategic plans that add shareholder value in a wide variety of business environments.
Andrew holds an M.A. (Toronto) and B.A. (Honours) (Western) in Economics and is a Chartered Accountant.

Mr. MacNeil is currently the President and Chief Operating Officer of First Gulf Corporation, a commercial real estate development and general contracting company. First Gulf has completed over $2.5 billion dollars in development projects since its inception in 1987 and currently manages a commercial portfolio in excess of four million square feet. First Gulf is part of the Great Gulf Group, a fully integrated collection of companies spanning the entire real estate spectrum across North America.
Mr. MacNeil's previous experience included being the President of SmartCentres, and being a Trustee for Calloway REIT. Mr. MacNeil has a Bachelor of Commerce degree from McMaster University and is a member of the Canadian Institute of Chartered Accountants.
