Strathallen Capital Corp. has been appointed asset manager to C2C. C2C will leverage Strathallen's existing transaction and financing expertise, as well as their institutional relationships. Since 2003 Strathallen has completed over $575 million in transactions and currently manages over 4.4 million square feet of retail and industrial assets and has offices in most provinces across Canada.
In its capacity as asset manager, Strathallen will support C2C through application of the resources in its national operating platform, service providers, brokers and other advisors active in the Strathallen retail operation will be employed so as to promote the growth and development of C2C.
